Group lessons

The fall session of group classes will take place from September 15, 2021 to December 11, 2021. Group classes will be offered twice each week* on Wednesday evenings (6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. ) and Saturday mornings (10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.) . This is a great opportunity to deepen your knowledge of nutrition with the help of a nutritionist-dietitian. Of course, through the courses, you will find Sandrine's inclusive approach allowing you to take into account and value the cultural aspects related to nutrition. All courses include a question period where you can get the required answers and benefit from questions from other participants. We recommend strongly to take all classes to help you achieve all of your food-related goals. However, it is possible to select only the courses that interest you.
